El Festival Gastronómico CORPINNAT se consolida con cerca de 2.000 asistentes y 48 cenas en espacios singulares de las bodegas
This second edition has brought together 45 restaurants and has generated a business volume for restaurants of more than 200,000 euros
Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, August 10, 2022.- The CORPINNAT Gastronomic Festival has closed its second edition with a successful participation that consolidates it as one of the most powerful food and wine offers of the summer in Catalonia. For the 48 dinners scheduled in unique spaces of the 11 CORPINNAT wineries (Gramona, Llopart, Nadal, Recaredo, Sabaté i Coca, Torelló, Huguet-Can Feixes, Júlia Bernet, Mas Candí, Can Descregut and Pardas) between June 15 and 31 of July there were 1,909 attendees and the approximate business volume for the restaurant sector was 209,000 euros.
Ton Mata, president of CORPINNAT, highlighted the good reception of the festival by the public and the effort made by all the restaurateurs to offer quality and surprising gastronomy at the same time. The festival was born in the summer of 2021 as a bid to publicize CORPINNAT sparkling wines alongside a varied gastronomic offer prepared by the best chefs in the country. The success of the first edition combined with that of the second confirm the CORPINNAT Gastronomic Festival as one of the main references in the calendar of food and wine experiences throughout Catalonia. In fact, this year the festival received its first public recognition with the Wine Tourism Award for the Best Wine and Gastronomic Experience.
This second edition has brought together 45 restaurants from all over Catalonia. As for the origin of the public, it mostly comes from Catalonia, although this year at some dinners there have also been the presence of people from other parts of the State and even from other European countries who have made his holidays in Catalonia coincide with the dates of the festival to be able to live the experience.
