We unveiled the human dimension of Corpinnat at Barcelona Wine Week
Vice President Roc Gramona and Master of Wine Almudena Alberca led the session, which explored nine long-aged corpinnats shaped by personal stories, trajectories and lived experiences
Barcelona, 2 February 2026
Corpinnat Vice President Roc Gramona and the Master of Wine Almudena Alberca hosted the masterclass “Corpinnat: the human dimension of wine” at Barcelona Wine Week, where the human factor behind the collective brand was explored. The session was a journey through nine Corpinnat wines that tell personal stories and life experiences.
Vice President Roc Gramona explained that “Corpinnat is not only a unique project because of its regulations, the most demanding in the world of sparkling wines, but also because of the projects and the people behind it.” “We have the Corpinnat spirit,” he concluded.
Nadal RNG Brut 2018 (Nadal)
Created as a tribute to Ramon Nadal Giró, the visionary founder of the winery, who in 1941 transformed an old distillery into an underground cellar, the origin of Nadal. It symbolises the entrepreneurial spirit and the cellar's commitment to quality.

Recaredo Reserva Particular 2017 (Recaredo)
It was originally the wine reserved for the family’s most intimate celebrations, until the first and second generations decided to release it commercially in 1962. Forty vintages have been produced. It is made from old vine xarel·lo and macabeu (from the 1950s and 1960s) and aged for a minimum of 80 months with a natural cork stopper.

Kripta 2016 (Celler Kripta)
An iconic sparkling wine conceived 45 years ago with a groundbreaking vision, made from macabeu, xarel·lo, and parellada, and aged for extended periods. It is a symbol of Kripta’s excellence and personality.

Sabaté i Coca Reserva Familiar 2015 (Sabaté i Coca)
A 100% xarel·lo Corpinnat, aged for over 120 months and more than 200 months in magnum, made from grapes from centenary vines planted by the first generation in the Terroja vineyard, a place full of family memories. It comes from an exceptional 2-hectare petrocalcic terroir.

AT Roca Finca Els Gorgs 2014 (AT Roca)
Made from grapes from the Els Gorgs vineyard, a co-planting of macabeu and xarel·lo from 1943 trained in bush vines, a living testimony of traditional Penedès viticulture. It is the result of a series of human decisions that have cared for and preserved this vineyard for more than eight decades.

Torelló Collection Brut Nature 2014 (Torelló)
A tribute to grandfather Francesc Torelló, pioneer of sparkling wine at Can Martí (1951). A Corpinnat aged for over 10 years, celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.

Argila 2013 (Mas Bertran)
Born in a garage cellar, it recalls the estate’s humble beginnings. It comes from the Mas Bertran vineyard, planted in 1945 by Roser and Eva’s grandfather, which gave its name to the winery. The wine takes its name from the vineyard’s clay soil, which defines the true origin of the grapes and the wine’s personality.

Enoteca Gramona 2013 (Gramona)
It is a tribute to patience, the land and the pursuit of excellence. A Corpinnat brut nature crafted in the Font de Jui estate, the origin and soul of Gramona, which is only produced in outstanding vintages. It is the corpinnat with which Xavier and Jaume Gramona, the family’s fifth generation, set out to explore the deepest essence of time, through 140 months of ageing.

Memòria 2009 (Can Descregut)
A wine that connects three generations of Can Descregut. It was made by Arantxa de Cara and her father-in-law, Joan Milà. In 2010, Joan passed away, Arantxa’s daughter Mariona was born, and the wine was bottled that same year. A wine that connects and preserves family memory.
