WHO WE ARE
L'Associació d'Elaboradors i Viticultors Corpinnat (AVEC) [The Association of Wine Producers and Growers Corpinnat (AVEC), registered at the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia on the 1st of September, 2017 was formed by the six wineries which founded the CORPINNAT Brand.
The governing bodies are:
1) The Annual General Meeting of Directors of AVEC as the maximum governing body of the Association, where each winery holds one vote, independently of the number of bottles sold.
2) The Board of directors, currently integrated by a President, Vice President, Treasurer and 4 other board members.
3) The Presidency and Vice Presidency of AVEC are held by Pere Llopart and Roc Gramona respectively.
The Board of Directors is renewed at the end of their mandates every four years.
The collective brand CORPINNAT, which is the property of AVEC, is registered in the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union (EUIPO) and at the World Organisation for Intellectual Property (OMPI).

A unique commitment to the “terroir”
It is a small family winery located in Can Rossell de la Serra, Torrelavit, Alt Penedès. It is a project of great freedom, but also of great precision and delicacy, because exclusively the elements of the vineyard and the grapes themselves are used.
The second fermentation in the bottle is carried out with must from the vineyard itself and the same vintage. There is no filtration, no stabilization, no clarification, nor is any type of oenological additive used, nor sulfites, nor fining agents, nor commercial yeasts. The aging in the bottle is done with a natural cork stopper and it is “disgorged” by hand.
3.5 hectares of organic and biodynamic vineyards very close to the winery. The first Bufadors harvest was in 2013.

Cisteller: weaving tradition and exploration in Penedès
The nascent project of winemaker husband and wife duo Jessica Madigan and Sergi Canals began in 2022. Their highly efficient new winery, located on the 20ha family estate ‘Finca el Sot’ in Muntanyes d’Ordal, is a space of exploration for what defines true terroir in both sparkling and still expressions of Xarel·lo. Their approach to terroir is highlighting the pure texture of the ancient marine soils with minimal inputs which obscure detail. They are joining Corpinnat in its journey to redefine the identity of sparkling wine in the Penedès, respecting the rigor and commitment to the traditional method, while bringing a fresh perspective after working in some of the world´s greatest wine regions. As a dynamic team consisting of just the two of them, they work together closely in every facet of the grape growing and winemaking cycle with excruciating attention to detail and aspire to make wines which create tension between the intellectual and the hedonic.

Restlessness, youth, entrepreneurship and tradition.
Celler Viader is the personal adventure of Eduard Viader. An agronomist by training and an enthusiast by vocation, in 2009, at the age of 21, he set out on the path of making his own sparkling wines.
For more than a decade, Eduard's adventure has been taking shape in a small cellar in the center of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia until, in 2018, they discovered an old, abandoned farmhouse surrounded by vineyards very close to Espiells: Can Rossell de la Llena. He immediately knew that it would be in this place where his life adventure would continue to take shape. A renovated farmhouse incorporating the fundamental sustainability of the winery and with the desire to promote and enhance the sparkling wines and wines of the Penedès.
Viader vinifies grapes from the estate itself, as well as from neighboring plots in the north-eastern Penedès area. This is an area with shallow, calcareous clay soils that give the sparkling wines a high capacity for ageing. All the sparkling wines are riddled, stirred and disgorged by hand, and ageing with cork stoppers is used for the more aged ranges, keeping alive the most traditional sparkling wine craftsmanship.

Mas de la Basserola is a family winery where, since 1869, the Vives family has been making wines continuously.
At the mas, which gives its name to the wines and where four generations of the family currently live, you'll find the winery, other agricultural facilities, forests, cultivated lands with vineyards, olive trees, almond trees, vegetable gardens, fruit trees, crops, and animals. This creates a natural agricultural balance that defines the character of the wines we produce.
The mas is located in the Pla de Manlleu at 560 meters above sea level, between the Montmell mountain range and Montagut, at altitudes of 861 and 964 meters above sea level, respectively. The soils are very calcareous at depth and fertile at the surface, as well as the mere 20 km that separate us from the Mediterranean Sea. The old Parellada vineyards, some over 70 years old, the microclimate, biodiversity, and the surrounding landscape, together with a careful and respectful winemaking process, give life to our fresh, mineral wines, full of terroir nuances.
We began making sparkling wine using the traditional method in 1987, and since 2000, we have done so in 100% organic fashion, always with manual harvesting and our own grapes. Since then, we have strived to transmit the essence of this mountainous area surrounded by forests in every vintage of the wines we make.

Wines with soul
The history of Celler Kripta start in 1960 when Agustí Torelló and Carmen Sibill was married. They had finished school at the age of 13, without any vineyard or winery heritage.
This is the story of a generation, a Penedès region, and a tradition of sparkling wines intimately linked to the town of Sant Sadurní. Work, tenacity, the desire to learn and travel to any place in the world where there were vineyards, and a particular sensitivity, made Agustí Torelló Mata one of the most renowned winemakers in the country.
In 1978, he produced the first Kripta bottle, faithful to the origin of the native varieties of the Penedès that make up a sparkling wine of inimitable singularity.
From then until now, Celler Kripta has established itself as one of the leading family wineries, present in more than 30 countries. Sparkling wines with personality, made with passion in each harvest. Born in the heart of the Penedès, they produce and take care every bottle of sparkling wine with soul.

DEMOST “rooted in the land”
DEMOST is a small winery located in Gelida, where its vines take root in soils of fossil-rich clays, gravel, sand, silt, and caliche crusts.
This personal project was born from Josep’s curiosity and restlessness, who from a young age experienced viticulture alongside his family. His grandfather and father passed on to him their passion, dedication, and love for the land—an inheritance that today is reflected in the continuity of a vine-growing tradition faithful to the roots of the territory.
In 2023, he fulfilled his dream: producing a small batch of organic sparkling wines. Each bottle is carefully crafted with respect and attention, disgorged by hand and without freezing, following artisanal tradition. The result is a quality product, the most authentic expression of our environment.

Tradition with an innovative vision
Mas Bertran is a family winery located in Sant Martí Sarroca, in the heart of the Penedès. Founded in 2005 and run by cousins Eva and Roser, the project was born from the desire to keep the family’s winemaking tradition alive and to honour the roots of the land through careful and honest craftsmanship.
The winery mainly works with xarel·lo and sumoll noir, historic Penedès grape varieties that bring identity and uniqueness to its wines and sparkling wines. Old vineyards, cultivated using respectful, low-intervention practices, are the starting point of a philosophy that seeks to convey the purity of the landscape and the strength of the terroir in every bottle.
With limited production and a strong commitment to quality, Mas Bertran combines respect for tradition with an innovative and sustainable vision. The result is a collection of wines and sparkling wines that express authenticity, character and the true essence of the Penedès.

AT Roca is a family winery founded in 2013 by Agustí Torelló Sibill together with his children, bringing together the values of two generations around identity.
Rooted in the historic lands of the Monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, since its inception the winery has championed organic, dry-farmed, and regenerative viticulture, traditional grape varieties, and a low-intervention winemaking philosophy.

Torné & Bel is a family-run winery based in Espiells, in the heart of the Penedès region, continuing a winemaking tradition that began in the 19th century. Six generations dedicated to viticulture and two to winemaking have passed on a legacy based on a deep respect for the land and a desire to preserve it for future generations. With patience and sensitivity, they care for the vineyards so that they express their origin with authenticity. They work organically, understanding the vineyard as a living ecosystem and each harvest as a unique expression of the landscape and climate. They do not seek large productions, but rather careful, artisanal work, where each step is carried out with time, attention and respect for the natural rhythms of the wine.
