The Festival Gastronòmic CORPINNAT consolidates its position in its fourth edition with nearly 1,600 attendees and 37 dinners in unique winery settings.

31 restaurants take part in the fourth edition, which generated a turnover of 175,000 euros and a significant economic impact on complementary activities.

Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, 30 July 2024.- The Festival Gastronòmic CORPINNAT has closed its fourth edition with a turnout that consolidates it as one of the most compelling food and wine offerings of the summer in Catalonia. The 37 dinners held in unique settings at eleven CORPINNAT wineries between 6 June and 31 July welcomed 1,554 attendees, and turnover for the restaurant sector reached 174,065 euros, to which must be added the impact generated in the area through overnight stays, winery visits and other complementary activities.

CORPINNAT vice-president Xavier Nadal highlighted the role of this event as a space for generating synergies between restaurateurs, wineries and lovers of wine and gastronomy. For Nadal, “the Festival Gastronòmic CORPINNAT is unique in promoting wine tourism and food and wine culture”.

Once again, the chefs expressed their gratitude for the trust placed in them by the wineries which, in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, committed to pairing great sparkling wines with the country's finest gastronomy as a way of supporting the restaurant sector, and which over four editions have consolidated this annual event.

The fourth edition of the Festival Gastronòmic CORPINNAT brought together 31 restaurants from all over Catalonia. The audience was mostly Catalan although, as in previous editions, some dinners were also attended by wine and food lovers from other parts of Spain, from Europe and from other countries, who had timed their holidays in Catalonia to coincide with the Festival dates in order to enjoy the experience.

The fourth Festival Gastronòmic CORPINNAT opened with the dinner by Alapar restaurant at the Sabaté i Coca winery on 11 June, and this edition closed on 29 July with Quim Casellas, chef at Casamar restaurant, at the Llopart winery.

The CORPINNAT member wineries expressed their gratitude to the chefs and their teams for their commitment to quality, to the winery staff for their effort and dedication, and to the attendees for the warm reception this event has once again enjoyed, with all places sold out.
