The Base Wine Tasting is an opportunity to discover the essence of our Corpinnats from their very origin: the base wines, which express our identity and bring you closer to the heart of Penedès, the territory where we were born.

A base wine is a wine that does not yet have bubbles. It is the foundation of what will one day become a corpinnat: all its ageing still lies ahead, and it shows a delicate balance between sharp acidity and incipient maturity, already hinting at the first nuances of the future corpinnat.
