The sommelier of El Celler de Can Roca, Josep Roca, makes no secret of it and, speaking to the online publication Vadevi.cat, expresses his full support for CORPINNAT for what he considers a “considered, heartfelt decision, consistent with the commitment and ethics they announced with the creation of CORPINNAT. It comes from the heart, from the suffering and the certainty of a one-size-fits-all approach dating from 1986 that is hard to swallow”.
