More than 30 dinners will fill unique winery settings in the fourth edition of the Festival Gastronòmic CORPINNAT
Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, 13 May 2024.- More than 30 chefs complete the programme for the fourth edition of the Festival Gastronòmic CORPINNAT 2024, with almost forty dinners. The event will take place between 6 and 31 July in unique settings at the CORPINNAT wineries. As in previous editions, the dinners include a prior visit to each winery and are confirmed as one of the leading food and wine events of the year in the Penedès.
The fourth festival was presented on Monday 13 May at the Palau Robert in Barcelona by CORPINNAT vice-president Xavier Nadal. A group of the chefs who will this year present a selection of their dishes paired with CORPINNAT sparkling wines also spoke. The chefs highlighted the value of this annual event and thanked the wineries for the trust they showed when, in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, they committed to pairing great sparkling wines with the country's finest gastronomy as a way of supporting the restaurant sector.
The image chosen for this year's poster was created by the team of Maria Amat, Maria Atienza and Jean-Pierre Abad, higher-level students at Escola Arsenal. In this case they used a printing technique based on gum arabic tempera and natural pigments.
The image of the moon seeks to evoke summer nights and the biodynamic farming technique that follows the lunar cycles to time interventions in the vineyard. The yellow colour refers to the sparkling wines that characterise CORPINNAT.
Also taking part in the project were the teams formed by Paula Gisbert, Nil Baca and Antoniya Anatolieva; by Lídia Herrera, Arnau Inglès and Jacqueline Crivillé; and the team formed by Sara Comino, Carolina Hill and Foix Benedicto. All of them are higher-level students specialising in print graphics, audiovisual graphics and artistic jewellery. These students organise themselves into interdisciplinary teams that develop their proposals independently, applying a project-based learning methodology.
