CORPINNAT presented in the Bages region
This Thursday we presented the CORPINNAT project at the restaurant El Mirador de Montserrat, in the municipality of Santpedor, at the invitation of the Confraria de Vins del Bages. More than a hundred people attended the dinner and presentation and tasted some of the gran reserva sparkling wines made by the seven brands that currently make up CORPINNAT: Gramona, Llopart, Nadal, Recaredo, Sabaté i Coca, Torelló and Huguet-Can Feixes.
The presentation was given by Xavier Nadal, who explained to those attending the quality features of the sparkling wines made under the umbrella of this EU collective brand, such as 100% organic production and hand harvesting, a minimum of 18 months’ ageing and the entire winemaking process on the estate.
This coming Monday, 3 December, we will also present CORPINNAT at the Celler del Nou Priorat (next to Barcelona Sants station), courtesy of the Espai del Vi Català, run by Miquel Figini. It is an academic presentation aimed at professionals who provide training in wine culture.
