AT Roca is a family winery founded in 2013 by Agustí Torelló Sibill together with his children, bringing together the values of two generations around identity.
Rooted in the former lands of the Monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, since its beginnings the winery has championed organic and regenerative dry-farmed viticulture, traditional varieties and minimal-intervention winemaking.
Its philosophy rests on the idea of interpreting the surroundings, starting from soils of marked limestone character on the slopes of the Ordal.
In the cellar we accompany and guide the wine to preserve the vitality of its origin, relying on artisanal processes. We are committed to long ageing, manual riddling on racks, manual disgorgement without freezing, and making all our sparkling wines as Brut Nature.
