DEMOST is a small winery in Gelida, whose vines are rooted in soils of fossil-bearing clays, gravels, sands, silts and caliche crusts.
This personal project was born of the curiosity and restlessness of Josep, who has lived viticulture alongside his family since childhood. His grandfather and father passed on to him their passion, dedication and love for the land—a heritage reflected today in vineyard farming that stays true to the roots of the territory.
In 2023 he made his dream come true: producing a small quantity of organic sparkling wines. Every bottle is cared for with attention and respect, disgorged by hand and without freezing, following artisanal tradition. The result is a quality product, the most authentic expression of our surroundings.
