Celler Mir is a historic winery in Subirats, with a winemaking legacy dating back to 1776 and spanning 17 generations of the Mir family. Our project stems from deep respect for the territory and a desire to carry on an exceptional history, adapting it to the values and demands of the present. In 2020 we began a new chapter combining tradition and modernity, with a clear vision: to make high-quality vintage sparkling wines that are authentic and true to their origin. We practise 100% certified organic viticulture, controlling the entire process from vineyard to cellar. We are committed to minimal-intervention winemaking, long ageing on the lees and limited production that puts quality before quantity. At Celler Mir, technological innovation is always at the service of the wine and of respect for nature. Every bottle reflects our commitment to the terroir, to history and to time.
